SNR drops when the lift is moving

anon : Hi.

I have a weird problem with my ADSL line. It syncs at near 20 megabits downstream and a bit less than 1 megabit upstream. The line works perfectly if the lift of the building is not moving, but when it moves SNR goes down producing a period without Internet access or even a sync loss. The SNR drop varies, but in some cases it reaches zero.

Is there anything I can do to fix it? My ADSL company says its an electrical problem of my own and they can't do anything.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
