His wife also said that he was drinking. In many states it is illegal to discharge a firearm while intoxicated.
I am of the mind set what happens in the home, stays in the home, unless someone is HARMED, who the hell cares that he shot his TV, it was HIS TV.
Like I said, the anti-gun people made such things illegal because of the whole "guns are bad" mentality.
I think it's asinine to not be allowed to discharge a firearm in your own home, as long as no one is harmed. It's no more dangerous than many other things which go on in a house.
