Issue resolved--Someone else closed my email accounts

baffled @comcast.net	reply to baffled Issue resolved--Someone else closed my email accounts Thanks to all who replied. Believe it or not, Support called back 24 hours later and resolved the issue. Stated my address was accidentally assisgned to the other account. They were able to fully recover all the accounts with all the emails and restore them to my Colorado account. Close call and I was able to defeat Murphy on this one. Will take your advice and back up all important info.

Sure, bad on you for the mistake but it's very good to know that you didn't get give him an easy "it's lost forever" answer so common with companies these days but were able to pull the old account out of the fire and restore this data.
