| some beasts should be allowed to silently fade away I was a loyal sprint business customer years ago, and dumped them after repeated systemic abuses contrary to an agreement we had with sprint.
There problems are of thier own making, they did not seem to care a single bit when we dumped them, as we openly told them we would not come back even if they cleaned up thier act. (once burned always burned!, its an issue of we could never trust them again).
It was only until they are on the ropes we became targets of thier compaign to rebuilt thier customer numbers, of which we simply had to repeatedly respond, "sorry, we cant trust you after our past experiences, you lost us forever as a customer, something you should have been concerned with when we left you as a customer".
Sprint/Nextel should be allowed to simply die to make more room for responsible service providers who actually care about thier customer base. |
