They aren't on sale yet and even if you did get your hands on a bought one, Comcast probably wouldn't provision it as it didn't come from them and the only way I know to get one is to rent it from Comcast.

You will need to actually subscribe to the Ultra or the Extreme speed tiers in order to receive those speeds. Just having the modem wont do you any good.. And as was stated, Comcast isn't likely to even provision it unless you do.
