Sometimes you have to wait, especially if other people are on the lines waiting, 15 min is not bad at all. I've called in to verizon and qwest and waited 30-45 min to talk to someone who can't speak english clearly. At least you get to talk to someone who understands english. |

| I agree with the English part...it just burns me to wait. The last time I called, I got right through, so perhaps I've had bad luck up until now.
