| Charter Spared? Interesting that Charter isn't even mentioned in this survey. I guess with their imminent bankruptcy, they have become irrelevant.
No doubt their customer satisfaction rating would have beat Time Warner hands down for last place, although I understand Time Warner is interested in the Charter's California franchise. Birds of a feather, flock together
I didn't need a price break to dump Charter, and to switch to U-Verse. The difference is night and day in all areas: Service, Price, Reliability, Ease-of-use, Billing accuracy.
My only regret is that U-Verse wasn't available 10 years ago, and that I had to suffer with Charter for that long. |
