What's the point in "qualified" constumers?

This is plain dumb and meaningless: aside of being nice to your loyal customers what's the point limiting the whole package to them?
The score is when they take customers from other providers, isn't it?

Moreover how is it supposed to be such an uhh-ohh "good" plan for &85/mo when it's actually not even unlimited at all (let alone its barely existing 3G network, utilizing the never-heard frequency of 1700Mhz with no retail device support whatsoever)?

This is greedy shit - a very lame attempt to counter others' ...

A big "score" is new customer adds, but low churn is important as well.

It costs a whole lot more to acquire a customer than it does to keep one.
