Thanks for your help. jwill58 It's going to depend on your equipment to see what you are provisioned at. I would recommend just trying a speed test. If you are not getting 16+ and are subscribed to it then I will take a look at your account and provisioning.
To power cycle your equipment..
1. Unplug the power from your router and modem. 2. Wait 60 seconds. 3. Plug the modem back in and let it sync up. 4. Plug the router back in and let it sync up. 5. Attempt the speedtest again @ »speedtest.charter.com |
