One thing the iPhone has that no other phone can take claim to is the largest community of third-party application developers.

My, the iPhone has come a long way. Seems like just yesterday Apple was telling people the only way third-party apps would get on the phone would be through a web browser.

Pretty much everyone in my office that jumped on the iPhone bandwagon eventually hopped off. The quote I hear is akin to, "it's a great convergence device, just a lousy phone." That may have more to do with our area which has notoriously spotty coverage from anyone but Verizon.

What phones have a full Flash 9 or 10 implementation?

Can you name 5 Java Apps you actually want to run on a phone? (or a desktop but that's a whole different story)

The Palm Pre will apparently have Flash support. To what degree, we'll have to wait a few weeks to find out. I'll be getting one.
