I'd let them take me to municipal court

No way I'm going to pay international roaming fees when in Miami and depending on when she signed up, it doesn't matter what the contract says, it is what a "reasonable" person would have done in that situation which means unlimited means unlimited. Just because something is buried in a contract at 4pt font doesn't mean it's automatically enforceable.

We've seen cases here at DSLR (I think it was "Verizon's Fuzzy Math") where these company's own agents don't know what the fees are.

I'm curious as to what AT&T's true costs to deliver that game to the subscriber was...$20, $50, $500? Certainly it couldn't be anywhere CLOSE to $6000.

Not if the card was connected to the ship's equipment. Then it could very much be 10000 times that.

You clearly don't read before you post. This was through the ship's onboard cell site, which is satellite connected. Now, you want to try that again?

And satelite overcharges too. If you think it cost ANY ISP more and a few pennies per GB to supply bandwidth then you are very ingorant. Appearantly you feel fine with these companies raping your with these fees. You probably think 20 cents per txt is great deal too, even though it costs the cell companies less than 1/1000th that to actually send them.

1000 times a penny would be $10. If it's 1000's of times it may be anywhere from $10-$100. So add the fucking cost to her monthly bill and quit the greed.

So you think even a satellite feed should cost $20,000 USD for watching one game?

Wow...just wow. I hope you don't think anyone on this site is dumb enough to buy that.
