typically, you'll get the info from your account rep, or through customer service. if you have a business account, Qwest customer service is at 1-800-860-1020.

looking to activate a toll free number placed qith Quest a few days ago

how long does it take for a toll free to get activated

or does it happen only at midnight or can it be turned on at any time
