1 edit | RE: Nacchio conviction Good. He should go to prison. The court also revoked his bail and he may have to report to prison in a few weeks to a month. His lawyer says he will appeal to US Supreme Court. But I doubt that will happen quickly or will keep him out of prison while that appeal goes forward - which could be a long time coming.
