NYC Metro | Verizon FIOS Verizon has captured me as a voice, data and video customer.... Previously, they just had me for voice.
I have not had a SINGLE problem in over a year with FIOS... The install was professional, the services are top notch. I wish I could say the same about the cable company who was out here a dozen times in a year and still couldn't figure out why the VOD always froze, the digital television pixelated and the internet would conk out due to extreme signal levels randomly.
Sounds to me like Verizon has a solid business plan. Go Verizon!
