Waterford, MI | Tigers Predictions Since spring training has started, I was wondering if anyone had any predictions about the Tigers.
I just can't see the team playing as poorly as last year. Based on what I can guess will be a better starting pitching staff (Willis will hopefully contribute somehow and Verlander must be better), a better bullpen (can't be worse) and around the same offense, I am predicting an 86-76 record and missing the playoffs.
Anyone else? (We can update our predictions after spring training)  |
| I'm about ready to write off Wilis as a prolonged flash in the pan that's pretty much done. I'm happy to be wrong, though. Verlander/Galarraga/Bonderman *could* be a good trio, what I've seen of Galarraga at the WBC so far has been good. |
