| Shut up and pay Dan Read Dan Harley's post on this site. I am a longtime customer of Linkline communications. I agree with Dan that Linkline provides excellent customer support and that Verizon can be a pain to work with. However, it appears as though Verizon at least is willing to obey the law. I have spoken to Dan and I believe him. Linkline may have a point that Dan does not have a contract that requires Linkline to pay him. He says there are people who can back up his story- that he provided a service to Linkline and he was not paid. If the service was provided and Linkline was paid, why not pay Dan?
The reason I am so angry about this is that the excellent service that I have been enjoying was paid for by screwing Dan.I had friends who worked for Linkline. Were their paychecks cashed out of the unpaid labor of people like Dan? I am canceling my service and asking for a final bill. When I send them the check I am going to write on the memo line "Pay this to Dan Harley". I hope it gets there. |
