That said, I doubt Comcast will actually be implementing any service features requiring a DOCSIS 3.0 modem for quite some time, therefore ... ... you'd probably be better off financially buying your own SB51XX rather than leasing a SB62XX. If I'm wrong about the DOCSIS 3.0 feature implementation, I'd be interested in hearing any details.
