 | Jetbroadband fails I have had issues since aug.08 since nov.08 i have asked for my lines to be changed.They have blamed everything on my router,computers and so on.I have went through 3 routers and have brand new comps.I am still having issues with jet.I have called to speak with a superviser 3 times this month feb'09 and havent heard anything back,she avoids my calls,they have also said i would not be billed unto the issue was fixed.It has not been fixed and they sent me a bill.I would not recomend jetbroadband to anyone,they said it was faster then dsl and its not.Ive also had techs get attitudes with me and yet nothing is done about that.So if you want the same and have issue after issue I would go with another company.»/linequality/nil/2494950 |
