I'd use wireless cell access before I'd use dial-up. But I can't see dropping my cable connection at 12/2 mbps for $42.95 a month for either dial-up or a wireless data plan.
Besides my Kindle 2 can access the Internet while traveling by using the included Sprint's 3G network for no additional monthly cost at all after purchasing the Kindle.
If you have to access the internet thru dial-up or wireless access, then you need to access all the web sites designed to be used on slower small screen devices. I have a web page setup that can link to all those sites: »tkjunkmail.googlepages.com/mobilelinks -- My BLOG .. .. Internet News .. .. My Web Page |
