Economy tier?

So what if you have the economy tier and upgrade to DOCSIS 3.0? 'Cause I don't need more speed, I need a lower bill. Half joking.

If you go from owning your own modem, to renting the new modem, your bill just went UP. Yeah, you get more speed, but you're paying more for it.
