 | Slow speeds, constant disconnects Title says it all. I used to rave about Nexicom to friends and co-workers. Now all I can talk about is constant disconnects, choppy streaming media, slow internet speeds. What makes it worse is I'm a late night user, so I shouldn't be having any of these issues. 1am - 6am and I can't even watch a 1 minute media clip without having the video constantly "buffering".
Anyone else suffering the same issues I am? |

 | I'm in Millbrook, just a hope skip and jump away from one of your offices.
Example:
Over the last 2 hours, I have lost connectivity a countless number of times. Task manager shows my connection flatlining intermitently every 20 seconds to 2 minutes. It's incredibly painful trying to get work completed and submitted before my 7am meeting when I can't stay on long enough to get anything worthwhile done. |

 pstewartPremium,VIP join:2005-10-12 Peterborough, ON kudos:1 | Ahh.. ok - I would suggest calling the helpdesk and asking for a linetest to be completed. They may suggest you pickup a new modem as well.
Between the line test and new modem, one of those will hopefully resolve your issue.
If you still don't have resolution drop a line here by all means....
