Well it is an accomplishment but it isn't because the company is so successful.Its only natural that the employees that help it be so successful should get a fair share. They shouldn't just settle for keeping a job unless they work for a failing company or one that does not turn billions of profit. I hope they never settle for just being employed. Settling for anything less than what you deserve is selling yourself short. |
