ANY kind of a raise these days is good. good for a year maybe...but after inflation kicks in from all of the paper the fed is printing, that pay raise will disipate quick. These people will then be locked in to a wage that won't keep up with inflation. However..I understand this move. |

Agreed. AT&T managers (non-union types) are not receiving any pay increases this year. |

This was about the norm 1.5 - 2% per year when I worked for Bellsouth, but I retired in 2001 and my health care is still free- may change with this or any new contract. |
