<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1626324"><b>stevebg68</b></A> : We took over a Efficient 5851 SDSL router from Paetec ISP for a customer and we want to put it in bridged mode which we did and then hook it to a Cisco ASA 5505 firewall then to their LAN but its not working for us?<br><br>They have it set this way before we tried the bridged mode:<br><br>IP Routing enabled<br><br>using RFC 1483 with a manual WAN IP and subnet mask<br><br>NAT enabled<br><br>LAN IP: 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0<br><br>Any suggestions to try in the settings to get it to work in bridge mode?<br><br>Do we need a cross over cable maybe from the Efficient 5851 router to the Cisco ASA ?<br><br>thanks]]></description>
