Don't forget that only 40-50 percent of comcast user will be upgraded to 12/2,16/2,22/5 while the rest is stuck on 6/1, 8/2 by the end of this year In area that don't compete with comcast such as at&t upgrade is a pipedream comcast does not upgrade state that don't have fios I think its ridiculous that cc only does this to compete otherwise everyone would be stuck on crap 6/1 Many user do not have 8/2 because it cost too much already
In either case 12/2 or 16/2 give user the ability to download nearly twice as much and hit their monthly cap in half the time it take them on regular tier Good luck to user who are shutoff due to going over the cap repeadedly oh well that's business as usual

How do you think that those areas got to 6/1 8/1? previous Comcast upgrades most likely. It's not possible to upgrade everyone overnight, but each area will be upgraded ASAP.
