This is what it suppose to look like... The bad thing is, the rebates are not automatic. I did the ordering for my sister's DSL/Phone so my email address was used for the ordering process. A few months later I got an email saying the DSL qualified for the rebate. Took me to a website, inputted the # and then the process begun. So now I know why I never gotten a rebate before either  They never sent me a reminder email for my line

kudos:12 | That one is just to check the status of an existing rebate. I have googled but I can't seem to find where the paperwork is for me to even file my latest AT&T wireless purchase.
I could call AT&T, but I'm not sure if $50 will be worth the time involved. |

keep on ATT for that. My friend had the same issue in MI but with his FTTH U-Verse. (yes he has FTTH U-Verse-one of the old SBC test markets). He kept on them about and it and a year later he got the rebate check. LoL. |
