I do this usually once a year, twice if I've grilled some especially goopy or drippy yummies.

Also need to get my spare LP tank swapped out. I've got two total, and always try to keep a full one around. I've run out of gas in the middle of cooking before, and that sucks!

I'm going to start grilling some more seafood this year too, so I vote for the lobster!

Also clean the patio and chairs and prepare for the grill season that may be here already. Probably start with some steaks but lobster for some reason is less expensive than normal so that may be in the future too.
