YES i once went to work and had designed my own firewall and was testing it forgot to turn it off.
rogers scanned me 653 times in a 5 hr period and when they could not get through this same practice occurred , SHUT DOWN.
Ya see they were pushing firewall software that later came out to have a hole in it like xp has many.
