Re: From an Embarq Customer... Guess it depends where you live, as my experiences with CTL have been nothing short of awesome. In fact, there are a few CTL techs that hang out in the CTL forums helping out customers with problems.
My 10000/768 connection has been rock solid for the few years that I've had it.
