I can see both sides of it. Just like with file sharing, the majority of people affected by something like this will be the people facilitating the activity, not those partaking in it.
but what cqan they really do. if you jail break it. then you dont ever have to go back to iTunes... woohoooooo... i so wish i could... lol... is there even a way to even JB the 2nd Gen???
