...at least for those who have plenty of money and access to unscrupulous lawyers.

I'm willing to bet that if Average Joe Citizen committed that sort of crime, they'd be hauled from the courtroom right into the prison bus.

And I'd bet you are right.

But his lawyer is probably wrong on the USSC taking this appeal. Nacchio has had his last appeal in this case - I hope he enjoys prison.
