Comcast DOCSIS 3.0 Hits Delaware > where's my 12Mbit speeds????

Grr.. It's kind of frustrating to see Comcast talking about bringing DOCSIS 3.0 to more cities when many of us in cities that already have DOCSIS 3.0 still haven't seen any benefits. I'm in the Atlanta area and so far it seems like only one small area has seen the higher speeds that the DOCSIS upgrade is supposed to bring. The rest of us are still waiting for any sort of improvement.

It's especially frustrating since the one person that reported higher speeds is over in Roswell which is only a few miles from where I am. Yet my connection remains at the same level.
