Anne had a follow-up appt with her surgeon today, and he is very pleased at the healing and says that he is increasingly certain that all the cancer has been successfully removed. In fact, now he believes that he will not need to even do another biopsy!
He wants Anne to go one more month, and then he expects to "ok" starting the reconstructive surgery for her nose.
Only "down" side: Anne says that she wants her money's worth, and may therefore opt for a "Jimmy Durante" nose! 
Anne has now gone a full two months now without a cigarette...which is at least 6 weeks better than she had ever previously done!

Congratulations to Anne for the fight and the will to keep her spirits up to heal so well and quickly!
I am looking forward to hearing that the rest of this process goes just as well... she is one special lady and has all of my best hopes for a wonderful outcome.
