I bet if I polled 1000 peole you get maybe 2 or 3 that thinks a 3-d browser is make or break issue with them when it comes to choosing an ISP.

So you just said that these pet projects are what attracts customers. they don't. ISPs could spend that money on being a dumb pipe.
