walk join:2009-03-06 Petaluma, CA	Seeing as most people were already upgraded once for free (from Performance Plus to BLAST! - don't forget to use all CAPS and the exclamation! ) I wouldn't find it surprising that they won't be upgraded again for free - especially since it requires a modem swap (and those D3.0 modems are NOT cheap).
