| promo rollover?
Has anyone observed CO willing to extend a customer's promo deal to retain a good and always on-time paying customer in all current services?
As my promo-end approaches, dropping TV and/or phone to favor my cell-phone is looking likely.
Who wants a nasty surprise in the monthly bill? -- Thanks for any help

| i've never heard of it from cableone.
when i signed up for the $99 bundle, the lady told me that when the promo ends, most people just drop their internet speed from 5mb to 3mb to keep their bill about the same. i have a feeling that may be part of the reason cableone has such slow speeds compared to other providers. |
