No.

Sounds like a configuration problem or MAC problem. Try turning the modem off for a while or clone the PC's MAC.

thanks for your reply. can you please tell me the source and target for cloning? on the MAC address configuration page, there are two fields: "WAN" and "Wireless". Which of these are the target? When I click "Clone PC", it populates the field with an address which is different from what I get when I run ipconfig /all from the cmd window on my windows desktop. I've tried both numbers in both fields (separately) but to no avail.
