I don't believe that any of those sellers every has any stock.

Just one more scam.

A number of legitimate places. I bought my SB6120 from a cable/telco supplier for $125 shipped, so I laughed a little when I saw people guestimating $500 for a full D3 modem that supports downstream/upstream bonding.

I also laughed at the people bidding D3 modems up to $230 on eBay when the seller probably bought a bunch from a similar supplier.

When I ordered mine, I was quoted 4 weeks on shipment, but it ended up at my door in about a week.

Well, at this point I'd like to see a live link to a supplier that says they have them on hand for sale. One guy says he bought one at Fry's, but Fry's does not even catalog it Every other site I can find says they are "out of stock" I doubt that any of them have ever had stock.

If you are looking at Fry’s online it will not give much of an indication to what the local stores stock. The online and local stores are treated as separate businesses and frequently don’t stock the same products. I will try to stop in one of the local stores and see if they do indeed stock them.
