That's the point. You DO NOT rely on your ISP for email. Get another email address and use that instead.

Everyone has a right to one, but that doesn't give one license to dictate to others. I, for one, when provided with a service, would like it to work. When it doesn't I reserve the right to request service to fix it and the right to report on this site when the company doesn't fix it.
