[Equipment] Teleblend is not working from the past one week

Hi,

My Teleblend is not working properly from the past one week and my ticket number is 323761.

Not able to make outbound and inbound calls for past week.
After several attempts even if connect voice breaks up are there.
Sometimes I am not able to hear the connecting voice but the call is going other side they can't hear my voice.

I have checked with my ISP they are not blocking any ports like 5060, 80 mentioned by the teleblend support.

Still facing the issues .... Can anybody help on this issue?

Since it's been a couple of weeks, I recommend signing up for a new account and port your existing TB # to your new account, then forward the old # to your new account.

I agree they are just ripping us off. Taking our money and not giving us service.
Do you know they have a online chat use it..
