Just switch my broadband to Utility warehouse from cable and i have found that the service is faster and more reliable i was with virgin and the service was very slow.
I phoned virgin to see if they could check the speed i was shocked when the person on the other end of the phone just disapeared halfway throug the convisation and came back 5 min later saying see had been for a smoke. 
Well that was it i cancled and moved
Utility warehouse have UK call centers and i found them through which magazieen.
any one else had a bad time with virgin.
