Wall street analysts (those that are left) have to make themselves heard. And since they are so highly respected by society, any time they get the chance to utter some verbiage they take advantage and the media who needs something to put forth gobble it up and spew it forward. And we all know that a trained monkey is just as accurate over time as a wall street analyst because they are guessing as much as theorizing. So apply the 50-50 rule: listen to 50% and believe 50% of the remainder and you will be on target. What a job getting paid to guess....nice gig if you can get it I guess |
