Not to defend Comcast, but I am curious...
1) No disagreement here.
2) As far as I know, if you rent the modem from them you can swap it out at any time for any reason assuming that office has cable modems in stock. Like anything else, if you own it, you're responsible for it.
3) Does this vary by market? Unfortunately, recently I have had to have several tech visits, each time I was given a 3 hour window and each tech was always on time.
4) Haven't experienced that myself, but it would be annoying - but then again my local vet does the same thing with the allergy shots for pets. |
