Re: Words i like to hear You can exchange your cable modem for any reason at your local office. I had one Customer that did not like the way it looked and swapped it for a new one. Self install on cable cards is available within some areas, most notable is the Bay area in California. It has been successful there and hopefully will continue to expand to other areas. We are working on something called dynamic dispatch which does allow shorter windows for tech visits. In fact many areas it is 2-3 hours now.
