Hey Comcast stop spending money on your stupid commercials and twitter and upgrade your infrastructure instead YOU IDIOTS. We do not want to see nice friendly commercials we want HD.

First of all god knows how much those dumb ass commercials cost with all it's cheesy graphics, also they pay some poor slob to be on twitter and answer questions from someone like me he hates Comcast.

Channels need to provide HD for a company to provide it. The competition where I live either has just as much or less HD than Comcast.

Actually upgrades are happening throughout our footprint. Including DOCSIS 3 roll out, new monitoring systems to identify trouble before it impacts you, digital conversion which will increase bandwidth for more HD, new tools for phone representatives to better diagnose trouble when you call, new tools for technicians so we get it right the first time, and new ways to dispatch technicians leading to shorter windows as well as sooner appointments. Are we where we want to be? No but we are working hard each day to get there.

You're either trolling or completely missing the point.

Let me ask you.. on it's own, what makes you think they are not upgrading their system.

Seriously, you clearly don't know a thing about business, as you demonstrate on your posts and you have someone trying to enlighten you a little and you're not even trying.

NO COMPANY is going to stop advertising in a competitive market - got it? .. it's a stupid move. The over all amount of money you are trying to claim needs to go into system upgrades instead of advertising is very tiny compared to their over all budget.

Bottom line.. I get it.. you're an average consumer who doesn't understand something.

Please don't ask me questions when I already clued you in and you're not even trying to understand.. or, like I said, you just want to bitch. If that's the case, more power to you.. but if you want to make a claim and someone tries to give you some insight, don't beat that person up.

It's also pretty clear what your intention is when you call people "idiots" as your opening line.

My area of NJ has been screwed for years when it comes to Comcast services, all the years I had Comcast from 1999 to 2007 they hardly did anything new to my system but add very few HD channels. I am very disgruntled when it comes to Comcast. I now have Verizon Triple play of DSL, phone and DTV and never been happier. I will never go back to Comcast no matter what they do to improve their service. I already had my in laws switch from Comcrap to Verizon and they never been happier. I will continue to speak badly about Comcast and hopefully convince more people to leave so maybe just maybe Comcast gets the hint.

So I get it.. it's not okay to disagree with someone when it's YOU, right? .. or when it goes against the status quo, right? Not everyone disagrees with "cable" like you and others do.. I also, however, don't agree with "cable" all the time either.

For the record, I have a few Masters, one of which is in communications, the other in business and psychology. I'm also certified in CCNA and MSCE.

To be honest, when you come in calling people "idiots" it doesn't show your best side.

Pardon me on the CNCNA.. as I was typing that, I was also talking to someone on the phone where CNCNA was valid.. my mind sometimes crosses wires.

No worries, didn't mean to flame you, but sometimes you come off as Comcast can do no wrong. I had terrible experiences with Comcast and I chose with my wallet to boycott them. I have no problem with you fiber PEACE.
