It took Bazillion and Covad only 3 days to accomplish something that MegaPath and NP have yet to accomplish in 3 months. We are not installed yet, but NP hasn't even gotten Ameritech to schedule a date. I have never spoken to anyone from NP about a problem they were having - Covad identified the problem and called me 3 times in one day to make sure it was cleared up. So I can't recommend Bazillion yet - but Covad is at least moving things forward.
