Seriously. Didn't Verizon promise Pennsylvania a statewide fiber network a decade or so ago in exchange for preferential treatment regarding regulations... and then subsequently stiff the state once it got what it wanted?

People feel shame. Corporations feel nothing.
Yes! They did!
Here we are years down the road and much of PA is still sitting on their thumbs.
No one wants to remember the shady side of VZ.
