Re: Bandwidth meter customers sued? Try only one. They post on here. Also the cap was between 300-500gigs per customer. NOT the 250gigs it is today. People asked for a hard cap and they got one, 250 freakin gigs. If you don't like it then sue the person that sued them.
And by the way other providers have the same soft cap. Maybe you should go read the AUP/TOS of RoadRunner. It's available at: help.rr.com. it does NOT give any hard limits either. that SAME AUPP and TOS is set in stone for EVERY customer who uses RR for their ISP regardless if they're a TWC or Insight customer. |

Don't have another provider start your own and compete. |
