Currently d3 modems can only be added to d3 accounts (22 and 50 meg). Its the way it was set up least thats what we techs in the oregon/sw washington area were told (they mentioned cmts support). Also for those purchasing their own d3 modems be prepared to return them as they may be faulty. If when you are putting them on yourself watch how many times they reset. If it resets on it's own more than 5 or 6 times when first connected the modem is junk.
