I apologize for the problems you've been having with your Internet connection. I see your modem logging errors that your neighbor's connections are not which leads me to believe that you're either having a problem with your modem or the signal to your home. Either of these could probably be resolved by us sending a technician out to the home. Feel free to PM me if you are interested in this. |
